Construction and property management can be a tough business... As the old saying goes, one can only gain experience immediately after one needs it.  Unfortunately, these lessons are typically costly.  Sometimes subcontractors on-site have unprecedented issues.  We can help! Our Team are all experts in their respective fields; there is no substitution for experience.

Troubleshooting, means/methods, contract/specification compliance, ADA Compliance, site work, dirt work/finish grading, field engineering, blue topping:  We can help bridge the gap that always occurs between the dirt contractor and the foundation, concrete and asphalt contractors.  It has been our experience that most superintendents are quite good at managing the building itself but have a tough time with the site work.

This is the process of having a third-party observe the entire construction process and we can do this for you.  Our Staff is very knowledgeable and has real-world experience stemming from the beginning of the construction process to being the last person off-site and getting ready to open the doors to customers.
