Bonnie Thompson

CEO/President

Bonnie has been involved in the Construction Industry for over 15 years. A long time member of the Hospitality and Fitness industry, she transitioned into Construction by way of Real Estate in the early-mid 2000's, and has been heavily involved in procurement, contracts and operations ever since. Over a span of 14 years, she has built, bought, and sold Real Estate within the Denver Metro market. She has experience developing land in the SFR and Multifamily realm. Bonnie is also a Colorado Licensed Realtor.

Matt Thompson

Operations

Matt has been involved in hundreds of projects ranging from commercial shopping center development to large multifamily. His expertise is asphalt/concrete, shallow foundations, and civil work; However, he is heavily experienced in field engineering, development of small multifamily, Single-Family Residence, and insulated concrete forms (ICF's). He has a passion for "Green" construction, including ICF's, SIP Panels and Geothermal heating/cooling. He is involved and handles operations with Mountain States Asphalt, and performs the same duties with Mountain States Services.

Edgar Villa

Concrete Division Operations

Coming up through the ranks, Edgar and Matt have known each other since 2001 when they were both on a crew together. They have maintained a friendship over 2 decades long. With over 25 years experience, Edgar is a master cement mason, proficient at all things concrete related. He runs our concrete division, handling everything from flatwork to foundations.

Fred Alexander

Consultant- Architect-General Contractor

Licensed as an Architect in 1970 and as General Contractor in 1976, Fred has been in the Denver area for over 50 years. Fred has designed and supervised over 143 Hooters Restaurants nationwide, a handful of Little Ricci's Pizza restaurants and numerous Sports Bars; he is very experienced with the design/build of industrial facilities as well. He carries a great deal of experience in the design/build and tenant finish aspects of construction and provides a unique view because he has built dozens of projects off of his own unique plans and designs.

Roger Sorge

Civil Construction Consultant

Roger has been in heavy construction since 1983 in the Denver area. He spent over 30 years in the field performing excavation and utility work for a local dirt and utility company. He is currently an Inspector for a large local municipality and provides a wealth of knowledge regarding all thing's dirt, storm, sanitary and water-line related. He has numerous certifications, including:

40-hour Hazmat Certificate

Competent Persons Training for Excavating as per (29CFR Part 1926)
Colorado Class A and B Operator Cert for underground tank

Rick Costello

Master Handyman

A valuable member of our team, Rick has been in the construction industry for over 27 years. He is experienced and knowledgeable in multiple facets of construction, including demo, framing, drywall, tile, interior carpentry, windows, doors, paint, basic plumbing and electric, caulking to name few.
