Bonnie has been involved in the construction industry for over 15 years. As a long-time member of the hospitality and fitness sector, she transitioned into construction services through real estate in the early to mid-2000s. Since then, she has been heavily engaged in procurement, contracts, and operations. Over a span of 14 years, she has built, bought, and sold real estate within the Denver Metro market, gaining extensive experience in developing land in the SFR and multifamily realms. Bonnie is also a Colorado Licensed Realtor and leads a dedicated team of members focusing on commercial property services.
Matt Thompson
Operations
Matt has been involved in hundreds of projects, offering a range of commercial property services that span from commercial shopping center development to large multifamily projects. His expertise encompasses asphalt and concrete work, shallow foundations, and civil engineering. Additionally, he has significant experience in field engineering, the development of small multifamily and Single-Family Residences, and insulated concrete forms (ICFs). Matt has a passion for 'Green' construction, incorporating ICFs, SIP Panels, and geothermal heating and cooling into his projects. He plays a key role in operations with Mountain States Asphalt and fulfills similar responsibilities with Mountain States Services, collaborating with other team members to ensure the success of each venture.
Edgar Villa
Concrete Division Operations
Coming up through the ranks, Edgar and Matt have known each other since 2001 when they were both on a crew together. They have maintained a friendship for over two decades. With over 25 years of experience in commercial property services, Edgar is a master cement mason, proficient at all things concrete related. He runs our concrete division, handling everything from flatwork to foundations and ensuring our construction services meet the highest standards thanks to the expertise of our dedicated team members.
Ryan Divine
Director of Business Development
With over 25 years of experience in Financial Services, Ryan has a passion for customer service and prioritizing the client’s needs. His extensive background in meeting with clients to understand their needs, wants, and goals for the future, including planning for the next generation, enhances the thought leadership and relationships critical in delivering exceptional commercial property services and construction services. Ryan effectively collaborates with team members to ensure projects receive the special attention they deserve.
Roger Sorge
Civil Construction Consultant
Roger has been involved in heavy construction since 1983 in the Denver area, specializing in commercial property services. With over 30 years of experience in excavation and utility work for a local dirt and utility company, he brings invaluable knowledge to our construction services team. Currently an Inspector for a large local municipality, Roger excels in all things related to dirt, storm, sanitary, and water-line projects. His extensive qualifications include numerous certifications, such as:
- Colorado Department of Transportation Erosion Control Supervisor
- 40-hour Hazmat Certificate
- Competent Persons Training for Excavating as per (29CFR Part 1926)
- Colorado Class A and B Operator Cert for underground tank
- Supervisor Training in Administering DOT Regulations and Drug Free Workplace
- Supervisor Training in Snow & Ice Management Association
